Involves services worth $10,000. The program pays up to *90% of the cost. The coaching curriculum includes:

Master-Level Nutritional Coaching

Advanced Concepts and Personalized Diet Planning: Deep dive into advanced nutritional science. Learn to design a highly personalized diet plan considering lifestyle, health conditions, and personal preferences. Understand the concept of nutrient timing and supplements.

Stress Management and Resilience

Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Mind-Body Practices: Learn cognitive behavioral techniques to manage stress and build resilience. Understand the role of mind-body practices (e.g. Tai Chi, Qigong) in stress management. Techniques to build emotional resilience and maintain mental well-being.

Advanced Fitness Coaching

Periodization, Performance, and Injury Prevention: Learn about periodization and how to build a long-term fitness plan. Techniques to enhance performance and reach fitness goals. In-depth understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Sleep Science and Restoration Techniques

Mastering Rest for Optimal Health: Deep dive into the science of sleep and restoration techniques. Learn about sleep hygiene and advanced techniques to improve sleep quality. Understand the link between sleep, recovery, and overall health.

Self-Care Lifestyle

Integrating All Elements of Self-Care for Long-Term Success: Learn how to integrate physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual self-care into everyday life. Techniques to maintain a self-care lifestyle in the face of life changes and challenges. Learn to become a self-care advocate and inspire others in their self-care journey.

Scholarship Rules and Payouts:

  • The scholarship payouts will be paid directly to the service providers (medical spas, therapy centers, etc.)
  • Payouts will be made quarterly, provided the participants adhere to the rules.
  • Participants must commit to the corresponding coaching curriculum for their level.
  • Participants must provide proof of adherence to the program. This could be in the form of attendance sheets for coaching sessions, progress reports from their coaches, or demonstrable progress in their self-care goals.
  • It is important to communicate with your integrated health provider. Failure to communicate or to adhere to the coaching program, miss more than a predetermined number of sessions, or demonstrate significant neglect towards the program principles may result in discontinuation of the scholarship.
  • The SCES program is dedicated to the promotion of holistic health and well-being and seeks to help individuals make a long-term commitment to self-care. Through this scholarship, we hope to encourage a healthier lifestyle and make self-care services more accessible to those in need.
